This is the second annual – Frosty Tines Deer Expo in Thief River Falls, MN. Come join us for a day filled with fun, fellowship and education featuring: Speakers, Big Buck Mounts, Handouts, Gun Raffles, Outdoor Gear Raffles, and more! Speakers include: Jake Blow – Habitat Pro, LLC, Jeremy Woinarowicz – Conservation Officer of the MN DNR, Jon Molden – Big Buck Adventures, Deer Scents. Bring in your deer mounts to be eligible for prizes. There will be a SAFE archery set up for kids hosted by the Thief River Archery Club. Stop and visit vendor booths and learn about Quality Deer Management and QDMA. Concessions on site by Baker Street Sales will be available. The top scoring buck will walk away with a rifle. Apple Tree Trimming Demonstration.
Cary Gibson of Gibson Tree Care
http://www.gibsontreecare.com/ will be giving a live on site demonstration on how to properly prune and maintain an old over grown wild Apple Tree. Cary will be walking us through the pruning process and answering any question or concerns. At the end of the demonstration attendees will receive a QDMA Canada Educational Certificate for Fruit Tree Pruning. People attending the demonstration will also have lunch and beverages that are provided.

Join us for an evening of education, fellowship and fun. Come have a beer for deer at the Bucks and Brews event at QDMA sponsor Angry Fish Brewing Company. Guest speaker Charles Ruth or Jay Cantrell will have a presentation on the status of deer in SC and updated research information. A small raffle will be held for door prizes after the presentation.
