Come out and learn more about QDMA and what we do for deer and deer hunters. We will also have information on the latest CWD findings in the state, as well as on the topics of habitat and deer management. We will have representatives from the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission on hand to answer questions. This is a great opportunity to meet other hunters in the area and learn more about how you can manage your property or lease for deer and other wildlife.
We are very excited to be hosting Ben Williams of Ol’ Tin Cup Habitat Restoration and Enhancements for the day. Ben will be leading the group in various demonstrations of habitat management techniques and examples. The event will be largely based on timber management; including hard and soft mast management techniques. We will also be speaking on different food plot techniques and ideas, and will have a few typical implements onsite for discussion and review.
We will have a vendor for Grandpa Ray Outdoors onsite for the day offering a discount on food plot seed purchases. You must be in attendance to receive the discount offer.
Pre-registration is required. As we are a brand new Branch in the area, we would appreciate your attendance considerably. For future educational events such as this, we intend on making the attendance free for QDMA members.
