The Three Rivers Branch is proud to announce their first QDMA Event!
The Agenda for the workshops is:
6:00 p.m. – Introduction to the new Branch – Travis Hamele
6:10 p.m. – Kasey Morgan from Bloodhound Deer Trackers will be talking about the use of dogs for tracking your deer and different shot placements. Followed up by a Q&A session.
7:00 p.m. – James Lanier, Regional Director at QDMA. James will be talking about how to grow a QDM Cooperative in your neighborhood.
7:45 p.m. – Travis Hamele, President of the Three Rivers Branch will give the vision and future of the Branch.
We encourage everyone to bring a friend and most importantly introduce the youth into the QDMA Family. There will be water/soft drinks and appetizers provided.
We will be also having raffle items which the winners will be drawn prior to the workshop ending.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to win some cash and prizes! The first annual Sandy Run Creek Branch Coyote Tournament will start on January 27 at 7:00 p.m. and run through January 29 at 11:00 a.m.. Registration must be made prior to the hunt. Coyotes can be trapped or harvested. All contestants must bring their results to the tournament location before 11:00 a.m. on January 29 to be counted for the official results.
Please join us for a great night of food, fun, and fellowship at our annual QDMA banquet. This will not only be a great time with thousands of dollars of guns, bows, and other prizes, along with QDMA-exclusive merchandise on our auctions, raffles, and games, but will be the area’s premier opportunity to network and socialize with local hunters, farmers, outdoorsmen, businesses, and conservationists!
Sign up will be held at Johnny M’s Tavern in Delavan MN at 7 p.m. on Friday, February 3.
Contest runs February 4-12.
Entry fee is $20 per person
Two prize drawings will be held:
First prize: Yeti Tundra 65 cooler (retail $399)
Second prize: $250 cash
Yeti cooler drawing: All predator hunt participants will be automatically entered and additional entries can be purchased for $20 each.
Cash prize drawing: Only for those who harvested coyotes or fox will be entered. Each predator harvested will earn one entry. Use of dogs will follow a 5:1 ratio rule.
Final check-in and drawing for prizes will be held at Johnny M’s Tavern in Delavan as well at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 12.
All MN DNR rules and regulations apply. Any violations or illegal activity is grounds for disqualification from contest and drawings. The Farm Country Whitetails Branch and QDMA are not liable for any injuries sustained during the hunt.
Doors open at 4 p.m,. Hordv’s at 4:15 p.m. and Dinner at 6 p.m.. The event will feature a gun raffle, live auction, games and much more!
All tickets purchased before February 1 will be entered into an Early Bird drawing for $300, $200 or $100 raffle packets.
