When you register a username in the QDMA Forum, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which contains a link you must use to activate your account. 99 times out of 100, when someone contacts QDMA to say they registered but cannot log in, it is because the account has not been activated yet through the confirmation process.
If you registered but cannot log in, before you contact QDMA, please check your e-mail inbox or spam filter for the confirmation e-mail, and then follow the instructions for confirming your account.
