They have alot of big ag stuff. Alot of little stuff far away. But it did remind me one the tractor dealers sells woods equipment and I believe the woods discs are a decent set so I am getting a price from them on the 6 footer and 7 footer.

Have you checked with them? I have the County Line 6' boxed frame discs and they work very well. I had to do some adjusting etc. when I first got them but nothing major.
John Deere dealers also have the Frontier equipment line . Not sure of price.
Don't buy too much disc. 6' would be great, 8' maybe a little iffy when adjusted aggresively for 55 HP.

I know Woods builds good stuff. My 90" grooming mower is a Frontier but is actually built by Woods and painted green with Frontier decals.
I paid $ 1150 for my discs from TSC in Fulton 2 years ago.
Land Pride also makes good equipment. Make sure the bearings and discs are in good condition. Replacement parts can add up fast.
www.carrollequipment.com has a poly Hopper spreader by King Kutter on sale for $ 375. They are just outside Weedsport NY.

I just spent too much time researching a new DH and feel the Woods dhm 7 was best. $1,699 delivered. It had to be wide enough to cover my tracks. It weighs 900 lbs and i read the magic number is 40 lbs/ disc for proper tillage. This one is 56 lbs. I also looked at the HICO for $1,295, weighs 770 lbs. but not near as well built for rock encounters.
