Default Illinois Deer Hunting Lease

This hunting club/lease is for Executive/Professional Client'(s), looking for Quality Deer hunting and 1st Class Lodging in Union County, Illinois. Hunting property consists of 120 acres of prime deer hunting. Area is very secluded and consists of CRP Ground planted in Prairie Grass, White Ladino Clover, Korean Lespedeza, Cereal Rye Grass, Alphalfa, Turnips Chicory and Wheat. The remainder of land is mature hardwood timber with brushy bedding areas and sanctuaries.
The West side of farm is bordered by 200+ acres of corn or soybeans.
A 1 1/2 acre pond with Trophy Bass and Crappie provides outstanding fishing.
Leasee will stay in a new 4 Bedroom Hunting Lodge with stainless steel appliances, digital TV in every room and new beds. No meals are provided!
All Hunters must have proof of liability insurance and practice Quality Deer Management.
Several 150+ class deer taken on property.
A huge, 4 year old, 10pt was killed during the 2012 Archery Season. (refer to: deer-hunting-lease.com for picture).
Please note: I am only looking to lease to 1 - 3 persons a year. I am only doing this to pay expenses. I am not an outfitter and I will not provide the services of an outfitter.

This property will not be overhunted!

Lease Club Prices:
Only 7 days will be leased in October - $1,600 per person (archery)
Only 7 days will be leased in November - $1,600 per person (archery)
Only 7 days will be leased in December - $1,600.00 (archery)
Full season firearms lease - 1 person - $2,500.00 (firearms)
Youth Firearms Deer Hunt, October 12 and 13th - $1,500.00 (parent and youth).
Turkey and Dove Leases available

I must say, I have driven by this property and it is SWEET!!! I live 10 minutes away, if I didn't have my own property I would be all over this.

Last time I was there, I had a (cold) hot dog in the truck and you took me to some jank *** Asian buffet.
