What year/model of the Bushnell are you using? Do you have a new 2012 Bushnell? We have been through lots of the 2011's, model 119436C and they have been terrible, especially the night pics. They are so dark you can hardly tell what you are looking at unless they are very close and right in the middle of the flash. I have had 2 of the 2009 BTC's for 3 years or so, and they have worked flawlessly and the night pics are as good or better than any of the IR flash cams that I've seen. From what I've seen so far on the 2012 BTC's, it looks like they have a much better camera this year compared to last, faster trigger and the night pics have been improved dramatically over last years. The 2011 models we had all had very poor triggers too, either they would go off non stop or take pictures randomly all day/night, or they would not go off at all when deer or other animals were known to pass in front of them.
