very nice deer still lookin for my wall hanger tho im just crossin my fingers and waiting till openng day

Well let's see....I started when I was 17 and am 47 now so that's......30 years! for my first wall hanger. And I still was able to put a tag on him so I have some goals left to achieve.

I was told it went in the books as a "found" and not a "harvested" since I was not able to tag it.

I just have to ask.....Why did you not search harder? When I hit a buck I track it as far as possible and then set up a 500 yard grid to search. I usually search for about 10 hours before I give up. If the buck was only another 200 yards then how did you not find him?

3 of us tracked until we lost blood and then looked further in that direction about 100 yards. I'll call you in next time dude.
