I'm hoping to get some corn in the ground tomorrow. They are talking about lows getting down to around 30 tomorrow night but then warming back up into next week. Will it be ok to plant tomorrow?

some of the farmers are starting to plant corn here...but it could be a little early yet. If it gets cold and stays that way...the seed may rot in the ground....it's a gamble, I guess.

I am going to wait til May.

Give it a shot. If the plot fails you will still have time to do a replant. If it succeeds you can take advantage of the spring rains and your corn will have a jump on the summer growing season. Good Luck smileys/smiley1.gif
