What about Late season AWP.. in august.??

Hi All

Back after a great salmon season.. Just finished clearing off a bedding area, but I can't get the native grass seeds I'm looking for right now. was thinking about planting a pound of AWP in the next week or two .. Or at least for the next rain..

Any input about planting awp this late in the season.. worth it or not. or should I freeze the peas and plant them in the spring.

The good thing about AWP is their cold tolerance. However with you being in SouthWest Ontario, not sure. I know they can take 20s and high teens.
